Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of robinristich.com and the one-on-one consultations offered through it. The service is operated by Rivenyx LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Rivenyx," "we," "us," "our"). By booking a consultation, you ("you," "your") agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Please read this first
Robin Ristich reads behavioral patterns and offers personal insight and reflection. A consultation is one interpretation of the patterns in what you share — possibilities and questions to sit with. It is not professional advice, not a diagnosis, not a prediction, and not a guarantee of any outcome. You are always the one who decides what to do with what you hear.
If you are in crisis or in danger, this is not the right tool — please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right now. In the United States you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
2. Who can book a consultation
You must be at least 18 years old to book or take part in a consultation. By using these services, you confirm that you are.
3. What a consultation is — and is not
A consultation is a conversation in which Robin reads the patterns in what you describe and tells you how she sees them. It is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial service, and nothing said in a consultation substitutes for a qualified professional. Taking part in a consultation does not create any professional, therapeutic, counseling, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and Rivenyx LLC or Robin Ristich.
4. No guarantees, and your assumption of risk
A consultation is interpretive by nature. Rivenyx LLC does not warrant that anything said in a consultation is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation, and does not promise any particular result. You understand that an interpretation may be wrong or incomplete, and you agree that you rely on it entirely at your own risk and take full responsibility for the decisions you make with it. Do not use a consultation as the sole basis for any significant decision about your health, safety, finances, legal rights, relationships, or the treatment of any other person.
5. The information you provide
You agree that the information you share is yours to share, and that you will not share information you are under a legal or professional obligation to keep confidential. What you describe routinely involves other people — partners, family, colleagues. You agree to describe them only as they relate to your own situation, and not to use these services to surveil, harass, or build a profile of anyone.
Recording: Consultations may not be recorded by either party without the other's consent.
6. Booking, payment, and cancellations
Consultations are booked and scheduled through Calendly, which also handles payment where applicable. Consultations are non-refundable once booked. You may reschedule an upcoming session before your scheduled time; rescheduling moves your session and is not a refund. If Robin has to cancel a session and cannot offer you a suitable alternative time, you will receive a full refund for that session. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use these services to harass, surveil, or profile another person, not to submit another person's information as if it were your own, not to present anything from a consultation as professional advice or as evidence in a legal proceeding, and not to attempt to disrupt the service.
8. As-is, limits on liability, and indemnity
These services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivenyx LLC and its owner and reviewers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a consultation; and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the consultation the claim relates to. You agree to indemnify and hold Rivenyx LLC harmless from claims arising out of information you submitted or your misuse of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms carry an effective date, shown at the top of this page. Material changes take a new version, presented for agreement the next time you book. Your continued use of these services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Who you're contracting with, and which law applies
These services are operated by Rivenyx LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Wyoming.
