Refund Policy

If we can't deliver your Read, you get your money back. Simple.

Automatic refunds happen when:

  • A technical issue prevents your Read from being generated
  • Your order doesn't pass our internal quality standards
  • A safety-flagged order is canceled by our team

How it works:

  • Paid by card: refund goes back to your original payment method
  • Paid by credits: credits are restored to your balance

What's not refundable:

  • Delivered Reads you disagree with or find unhelpful. Our analysis is observational and perspectival. You may not agree with every interpretation, and that's fine, but it's not grounds for a refund.
  • Orders where incomplete or inaccurate intake information affected the result

Subscription credits:

  • Credits are non-refundable for cash. If an order paid by credits qualifies for a refund, credits are restored to your balance.
  • Unused credits are not convertible to cash refunds upon subscription cancellation.

Didn't finish your intake?

No charge is finalized until you complete intake. If you start but don't finish, we'll send a reminder after 7 days. If it stays incomplete, we'll release the hold on your payment.

Deadline:

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
