Refund Policy

This page covers one-on-one consultations with Robin Ristich, booked through robinristich.com and operated by Rivenyx LLC.

Consultations are non-refundable. When you book a session, you are reserving Robin's time and preparation. Once a session is booked, the fee is not refundable — including if you do not attend, or if you decide afterward that you wanted something different from the conversation.

Rescheduling:

• You can reschedule an upcoming session using the link in your booking confirmation, or by emailing support@rivenyx.com, before your scheduled time.
• Rescheduling moves your session; it is not a refund.

If we cancel:

If Robin needs to cancel a session and cannot offer you a suitable alternative time, you will receive a full refund for that session.
